The Dangers of Medications

Medications are an integral part of the treatment of most illnesses and diseases, especially chronic conditions. While the use of medications can be beneficial to individuals, they also come with risks. All medications have the potential for side effects, and if improperly administered or not monitored they can result in adverse drug events. Many of the medications you administer on a daily basis have the potential to be dangerous. For this reason, you should be familiar with the risks associated with their use.
