Ann Elsasser-Root holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Pittsburgh. Susan McGrath is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of clinical experience. Susan has worked in multiple settings, including skilled nursing facilities, home health, inpatient rehabilitation facilities, and outpatient therapy. She currently works non-clinically for a CMS contractor, reviewing and evaluating medical records for compliance with CMS regulations, and provides testimony to the Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) to support Medicare’s position on appealed services. Susan holds a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Shenandoah University.
