About Adverse Drug Events

Being prescribed multiple medications places older adults at risk for an adverse drug event, or ADE. Knowing how to prevent and recognize ADEs is key in your role. This course discusses adverse drug events and what you can do to prevent them.

The goal of this course is to educate medication aides and non-licensed direct care workers on adverse drug events.
